Terms of Service

1. This agreement

These terms are between you and Nomadic AI LLC, [REGISTERED ADDRESS](“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using HuddleGo you accept them. If you don’t, please don’t use the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we do with your information and forms part of this agreement.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 to use HuddleGo. Keep your login details to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@huddlego.io if you think someone else has access to it.

You can delete your account whenever you like, from Settings. If you created a trip that other members are still using, the trip passes to another member so their plans aren’t destroyed; your personal details are removed from it either way.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use HuddleGo to:

• break the law, or help anyone else do so
• harass, threaten, impersonate or abuse other members of a trip
• upload content you have no right to share, including other people’s documents
• upload malware, or anything designed to damage the service or its users
• scrape, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, circumvent its rate limits, or try to reach data belonging to trips you are not a member of
• resell the service, or use it to build a competing product

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why first.

4. Your content, and content in a group

Everything you put into HuddleGo stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store your content, show it to the other members of your trip, process it to generate itineraries, and back it up.

Remember that a trip is a shared space. Anything you add — preferences, messages, expenses, uploaded documents — is visible to the other members of that trip, and they may be able to copy or keep it. If you share a trip’s public link, anyone with the link can see a read-only summary. Don’t upload something you would not want a fellow traveller to have.

5. AI-generated content

HuddleGo uses AI to merge your group’s preferences into an itinerary and to answer questions through the Hana assistant. These outputs are suggestions, not professional travel advice, and they are generated rather than verified.

They can be wrong. Opening hours, prices, journey times, entry requirements, visa rules, accessibility and whether a place is still open are all things the model may state confidently and get wrong. Verify anything that matters — and in particular anything involving money, safety, health, or crossing a border — with the official source before you rely on it. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of generated content.

6. Third-party services and bookings

HuddleGo links out to third-party sites for searching and booking travel, and shows maps and place information from third-party providers. We don’t control those services, we don’t take bookings or payments on their behalf, and we are not a travel agent or tour operator. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that provider, on their terms.

7. Paid plans

HuddleGo’s core planning features are currently free, and no paid plan is on sale. If we introduce one, these terms apply to it:

• prices and what each plan includes will be shown before you buy
• payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details
• subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel any time
• cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not pro-rate part-months
• if you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a new subscription; asking us to start immediately may reduce it proportionately

We may change prices, but not for a period you have already paid for, and we will give you reasonable notice first.

8. Availability

We work to keep HuddleGo running, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features — including free ones — and will give reasonable notice where a change materially reduces what the service does for you. We may carry out maintenance that makes the service briefly unavailable.

9. Liability

What we don’t limit

Nothing here excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. If you are a consumer, you keep your statutory rights.

What we do limit

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or losses arising from a trip going wrong, a third-party provider failing, or reliance on AI-generated content. Where we are liable, our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period and £100.

The service is otherwise provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those the law implies and does not permit us to exclude.

10. Ending this agreement

You may stop using HuddleGo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially break these terms, or if we stop offering the service. The sections on content licensing, liability and governing law survive termination.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use HuddleGo after that means you accept the updated terms; if you don’t, you can close your account.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [JURISDICTION], and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
